The minimum order quantity for most products is 1pcs. Different complexity corresponds to different minimum order quantities, in order to provide you with better service, please send us your design drawings.

In terms of precision, our advanced equipment can consistently achieve incredibly tight tolerances of less than 0.01mm, ensuring every part meets your exact specifications.

Can I get a sample first?
Absolutely! We encourage you to test a sample to check our quality. We offer a sample service where you only pay for the cost of the sample itself. The best part? This sample cost will be deducted from your first bulk order, so you can proceed with full confidence.
Is my design safe with you?
We take your intellectual property very seriously. Yes, we can absolutely sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you even send us your drawings. Your designs are 100% confidential with us.
How long does production and delivery take?
Once we confirm all the details and you approve the order, typical production time is between 7 to 15 days. The exact time depends on the order size and complexity. We will always provide a clear timeline for your specific project.
What Surface finishing can you provide?
We can provide shot blasting, polishing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, Chrome Plating(Matt/Bright), Nickle plating, Zinc Plating, mirror polishing, trivalent chromate passivation, e-coating, etc.
If I need urgent delivery, can you help?
Of course! Customer-first is our company philosophy. You need to tell us the delivery time when placing the order, and we will do our best to adjust the production schedule.
What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
Please send your sample to our factory, and then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if place orders.
