Precision CNC Turning for Complex Round Components

CNC turning is one of our core manufacturing capabilities. With CNC lathes, Swiss-type machines, automatic lathes and turn-mill centers, we produce small and medium-sized round components with demanding requirements for diameter, concentricity, runout, threads and surface finish.

Our turning processes are suitable for shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, spacers, connectors, fittings, inserts, valve components and other drawing-based precision parts.

  • Small and miniature turned components
  • Complex internal and external threads
  • Tight concentricity and runout control
  • One-setup turn-mill machining

Built to Solve Real CNC Machining Problems

LuckyHXS CNC does more than just machine parts. We help customers reduce manufacturing risks, improve assembly reliability and stabilize their supply chain.

Problem

Inconsistent Dimensions Between Batches

Solution

Process parameter control, in-process inspection and final dimensional verification help maintain stable results from samples to repeat production.

Problem

Excessive Concentricity or Runout

Solution

Swiss machining, one-setup turn-mill production and controlled spindle processes reduce repeated clamping errors.

Problem

Thread Damage or Poor Assembly

Solution

Thread gauges, controlled cutting parameters and complete deburring help improve fit, assembly reliability and service life.

Problem

Burrs, Chips and Contamination

Solution

Dedicated deburring, cleaning, negative-pressure dust control and final visual inspection reduce contamination risks.

Problem

Prototype Approval but Mass-Production Failure

Solution

Production feasibility is reviewed during sampling so that the approved process can be transferred into stable batch manufacturing.

Problem

Supplier Delays and Unclear Communication

Solution

Drawing review, manufacturability feedback, production updates and defined inspection standards improve project visibility.

Quality Control Throughout Production

Quality is not limited to final inspection. Critical dimensions and process risks are controlled from drawing review to shipment.

1

Drawing & Requirement Review

We review materials, tolerances, threads, surface finishes and critical functional dimensions before production.

2

Material Verification

Material specifications are checked according to the drawing and purchase requirements.

3

First Article Inspection

The first completed part is inspected before batch production continues.

4

In-Process Inspection

Key dimensions are monitored during machining to reduce batch variation.

5

Final Dimensional Inspection

Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, optical instruments and CMM equipment are used according to part requirements.

6

Shipment Inspection

Appearance, dimensions, quantity, packaging and documentation are checked before shipment.
